all we have to do to rid ourselves of those pesky aches and pains is to follow all the sage advice we are given every day. it's just that easy! here we have the starter set of eight things to keep in mind on your way to wellville:

here is a collection of the sublime and the ridiculous. from the pearls of wisdom that have been dropped on me over the years to big pharma's wild claims. from the doctor's office to the grocery store. it's an advice saturated world and those of us who are chronically ill are the perfect targets for the clever, the clueless, the well-meaning, the way-out-of-line who are bursting with insights on how to feel better, live our lives better, or how to just get the hell over it already.
